GL account blocked for posting, but the GL account can be posted

Dear ALL,

I blocked the GL account XXXXX for posting in company code at 27.07.2017, but the users could be post a cancellation document with tcode MBST at 01.08.2017.

I checked all changes for GL account with tcode FS04, but last change was to block it at 27.07.2017 .

It's a very strange, do you have any suggestion to solve this mistery?
