/3F9 - PF Admin charges display wrong amount

Dear Team,

We have process the salary for the month of July. Now the system is calculate the negative amount Rs. XX.XX and one positive amount, while display through wage type reporter.

Ex.

Wage type reporter display

Basic salary /111 EPF basis =8030

/3F9à PF Admin charges =-16.06

/3F9à PF Admin charges =52.00

While checking with payroll posting same -16.06 is shown.

Please suggest!

What is different between the employees with the correct amount and the employees with the wrong amount?

Is it the Personnel Sub-Area, Employee Group/Subgroup, retroactive calculation, the WT on IT0008, benefits, deductions, etc...?

Execute a Payroll Simulation with the "Display log" box checked for one employee with the correct amount (right side of your screen) and one employee with the wrong amount (left side of your screen), and drill down into the logs to see where the problem happens.

/3F9à PF Admin charges =-16.06 (Negative 16.06)

the above amount coming only 5 employee


please suggest!
