PO Condition tab needs to appear during FOC procurement process

Hi

In PO when doing FOC process during procurement , when click on Free Item check box in PO I would like to have the condition tab populated because the client requirement is to have the condition tab populated to enter price .

Kindly suggest on how to map this ? Is it possible through access key ?
