Sub Total changing - Issue in BEx

Hello Guys,

Here is my Issue.

I have BEx report that displays amount data by plant, year, month, day and Doc No.

I want Avg on all the above objects as sub total.

Say : I have 3 doc # in 1 day. so the sub total is sum (3 doc amount) / 3.

but when i remove the doc# and 0calday from the report that sub total by month is not displaying correctly. It is displaying the very first record amount instead of the monthly average of all docs in that month.

same for the year and plant.

could you please explain the issue.

Hi,

Do you have any conditions defiend on the report????

Also chec the properties of the CKF's and RKF"s in the BEx and check if "calculate single values as" is having any value other then summation.

It is possible that conditions defined on a particular char or summation is happening to a particular char.

I have no condition defined in my report .

basically I want to display the average time in HH:MM on monthly and yearly and plant wise.

I am getting correct average if i display 0calday in the report.if i remove 0calday and want to see the report on yearly and month and plant wise the average is changing.

I want the average to be the same.

I have just check the calculate result as : average of all option for the KF
