Service Completion check

Dear Gurus,

What is the best way to determine if a service line item in a PO is completely delivered (or accepted)? Assuming that users did not check "Final Entry Completed". Can the system mark "Delivery Completed" for services fully accepted like materials with full GR?

Is matching service entry value with line item value the best way out?

Please advice!

When service entry sheet of full quantity of service ordered is accepted, system will not accept further service entry sheet.

I know. What I mean is, if there is a custom report, how can I check whether the PO has been fully accepted (besides matching on value)
