Note numbers not found in service market place

Hi ..we are doing upgrade from SCM4.0 to SCM5.0..

there are few note numbers that get displayed when we execute the tcode SPAU..

when i try to find the info about those two note numbers..it says no such note exit..

These are the two note numbers "0000957097" and "0000 972688"

Now how to find if this note is taken care by SAP in teh SCM 5.0 or not..as i am not able to find any info about this note in service market place.

If any one has a way do share that please
