I am not sure how it could be done, or if it could be done, but the Forms forum is a bit tricky to use. Basically the problem is that many problems can't be fixed without seeing the form. I have been requesting the users to email me the form so I can upload it and take a look but I feel that this way of solving a problem will not help others who may experience the same problem.
I will come back and post the fix in the thread but it could be pointless without each user seeing the form itself. Granted many of these problems will never be duplicated by other users but I feel as though I am, while helping out one person, not contributing to the forum (as the forum is intended to be used).
