Can any one please list the Actions in OM that affect Payroll in HR.

ex: If we change so and so in OM it is going to affect the payroll.

Hi..

I am working on intergation test cases in SAP HCM . So here i want to check how each module gets intracted. for eg if i change an organizational unit how that will react in HR Payroll TM Beinfits ... etc . I fthere is a chenge i position how it is goint ot impact other modules. So i feel that i have to test all the imapcted areas on any change in any module..ie Om to other modules. PA to other modules. I would appreciate if you can share some intergation test scripts and please let mw what are the integrated infotype

I just want to clarify that u r in need of Infotypes or Transaction Codes....If ur r at testing side, T Codes r mostly used to the extent I know....

Get your concept and understanding of Payroll and PA correct.

Its not the actions, rather what data has impact to payroll...

What I meant to ask is not reg the personal actions,

There are certain infotypes maintained for org management in our company.

If suppose we make changes to the data in certain info type, like change in personnel area/subarea, employee group/subgroup cost centers and so on it affects the payroll.

So I needed a list of those.

Anyways never mind I got it.

Came across your message in SDN Forum on OM Actions. Would like to have the list of those infotypes, changes in which have implication on Payroll. Are these OM ITs country specific? I mean yours must be US, while mine will be India. Does these ITs affect payroll irespective of the MOL settings? Am currently working on OM & PA Integration Test Scripts, hence this request.

•    A011 Cost Center Assignment

2)IT1008:Account Assignment Features

•      Company Code
•      Business Area
•      Personnel area
•      Pers. subarea

IT1013: Employee Group/Subgroup

•      Employee group
•      EE subgroup
