Hi All,

I have a Corporate Account which is the highest level. How can I do the following?

1. How can I create a new account group and Partner function for this Corporate Accounts?

2.How can I create Customer master records for this corporate accounts?

3.How can I link the Corporate account to sold-to by assigning the associated partner function to each sold to in the Sold-to Master.

    Hello,

I am setting up a customer hiearchy to represent the corporate relationships of a customer. I would like to know if these relationships can be automatically captured in the customer master via Partner Determination.

I have customized Customer Hierarchy -> partner determination for customer master but the assignments from the customer hierarchy structure do not automatically pick up the correct higher-level customer.

Also if the customer hierarchy changes, I would like the changes to be updated in the customer master.

Can anyone provide me with some advice on how to achieve this?

Thanks for the help in advance.

    Best Regards,

    Lorna
