Company Code error in Quotation replication

Hi

We are trying to replicate Quotation to ECC. I have maintained settings in SMOFPARSFA. Now when I try to replicate it to ECC it throws me an error in BDOC, related to Company Code. Same data I had used for Sales Order replication but at that time this error was not thrown.

Please tell me how to resolve this error,
