ABNAN for multiple donated assets

About 70 assets were donated to us in previous fiscal years. I know that ABNAN is the transaction to use to capitalize assets from a prevoius fiscal year. Can this transaction be used for multiple assets or do I have to do them one by one? In an attempt to use ABNAN for multiple assets the following message is received...

"Check your quantity entry, asset DCNC INTERN-00001-1 does not manage quantities".

I did some research and read where I could use AS01 to create the 70 asset shells and then use ABNAN to capitalize. Is that correct or is there a much easier and better way?

Resolved by going into transaction AS01, which is the "create asset" transaction, and subsequently entering the number of similar assets (in this case 69)in the box provided as well as clicking on the "post-capitalization" box will set up the number of asset shells correctly. The next step is to go into transaction ABNAN, "post-capitalization",and clicking on the "multiple assets" box along with all the other relevant info (number of the initial asset shell created via transaction AS01, Document date, Posting date, Original Value date, descriptive text) on the "transaction data" tab. The only other tab, the "additional details" tab, contains the posting information for the period, document type, offsetting account, and transaction type that needs to be entered. After entering that information, at the bottom of the screen is a section containing information about the assets, asset subnumbers, capitalization amount of each asset, and asset description.
