RFBIBL00 with version 4.6b and 4.7

Hi all,

I am using RFBIBL00 program for creating batch input session in 4.7 version The session being created with no records.

When the RFBIBL00 is used in 4.6 version the session being created with records.

The unix file format of both the version are same even the Gl accoutn is too maintained.

kindly explain what need to be checked in file format and other details
