BRFplus, S/4Hana 1610 FPS01, how to launch?

I ask for guidance; please accept the apology if this is documented somewhere. I did search but didn't find an answer that fit.

We have a trial 1610 fps01 instance active, want to look into BRFplus. We can launch the transaction code from gui; but it triggers IE when we have Firefox as the default browser.

Guidance question(s):

1. Is BRFplus valid in the S/4Hana world?

2. If so, how to launch? for example, is there a Fiori tile?

3. Is BRFplus tied to a single browser?
