upgrade and the notes in the new version

Hi Experts

we are upgrading SCM4.0 to SCM5.0 and in the upgraded version when i execute teh SPAU tcode i am gettign three notes number under notes correction.As per my understanding these notes were already applied in SCM4.0 and during upgrade the hotpack has over written those notes...

Now how wil i find if those particular three note numbers that i get in SPAU of the upgraded version is being fixed in the upgraded version by SAP or not.

If any one could let me know to find that i will reward full points..

i am not able to see that in service market place under the note number..

do let me know if there is some other way to find them
