How to find what R/3 master data related in CRM

Hi friends

How to find what is R/3 sales org in CRM

Like wise pricing condition procedures ?

Please some one can help me on this.

Ex:

R/3 sales org : 1001(four characters)

CRM : O 40000000( eight characters)

where can I check 1001 is O 40000000 --?

Hi Kris,

You may check in transaction ppoma_crm, open up the org 40000000,

click on 'Function' tab, you will be able to find which r/3 sales/service org/office/group it is belonging to.

Sorry I didn't find Function tab in ppoma_crm transaction code.

Hi Kris,

let me try to explain:

-transaction ppoma_crm

left side, click on 'Organizational unit'

in the popup search for the organizational unit you are interested

you may use wildcard search also

-then in the left down part click on the org unit you would like to check

this lead to detailed display on the right side

-then at right down part, you will find four tabs:

'Basic data', 'Address', 'Function', 'Attributes'

here it is.

If you still cannot find it, may I know the CRM release you are now using?

But I've checked in both CRM 4.0 & 5.0, the tab should exist.
