how to track planning book keyfigure changes?

Hi,

If theere are any changes in the planning book keyfigure how do we track who has made it ?

How do we see at keyfigure level data change and user who chnaged?

You will have to write macros and use these functions within those macros.

/n/SAPAPO/ADVM is the tcode for macro workbench.

You can use the function USER() but there is another function module which can do that for us. I can look into few notes to tell you the FM which can be used.

we dont have any macros created in production..is there a way where we can see the changes at keyfigure level? Whether keyfigure captures all chnages in planning book?

othewise, macros is the only option.

these two links might help

you can create macros dorectly in production if u need it urgently. but if you transport a book from dev later it will overwrite what you have made
