How can I manually delete entries from TST01 or BTCJOBEPP

When I run SP12, functions list contents or consistency check I get an ABAP dump:

SQL error "SQL code: 21" occurred while accessing table "TST01".

when I use the function sp12/utilities/display jobs without logs I get 4 entries but when I try to delete these I get an identical Dump as above with a different exception.

I have ran DBCC checkDB against all my databases and they are fine. Cockpit service terminated and does not want to run.
