Hi Gurus,

Can we assign Depreciation key with Asset Class?

If yes, how and where?

Please revert asap.

Its OAYZ not AO32 !!

<b>IMG Menu:</b> <i>FA-> Valuation-> Determine depreciation areas in asset class.</i>

Select the class you want to set the depreciation key for and double click Depreciation Areas from the left hand side Dialog Structure. Here you can set the default depreciation key for your depreciation areas. Once you do this, whenever you create an asset AS01 using this class your depreciation key will default.

Yes we can assign dep key to asset class.For this we have to dep key in OAYZ in asset Class.But before doing this we have to make sure that Dep key is maintained at asset class level.So check in screen layout rules of Dep Area AO21.Here make sure Dep key check box under Class is ticked
