during the Juli 31st SCP Outage I tried to deploy my Java application. It failed and no Application is listed under applications.
However if I try to deploy it anew, it failes because "Failed to deploy: Application is already created. Please update it (409)". Deployment via the eclipse tools fails also.
Is it possible to cleanup the application? Or have I lost the application Name forever?
