Control triggering of idoc for MIGO in SAP

Hi Experts,

I want to control triggering of idoc based on values met in custom table after posting the document in MIGO. The data in material document should match the following fields:

Client Movement Type (Inventory Management)

Plant

Storage Location

Debit / Credit Indicator

Partner number (always equal XY partner profile)

If YES, trigger idoc else NO.

Please let me know how to achieve this functionality.
