PSA - Request still running

Hi gurus

My environment is BW 7.0. When I load data (CSV) into PSA, the first 3,000 records are somehow skipped... I've tried with infocube and DSO while both end up with the same error message below

"Not all reported data packets arrived. The process is probably still running."

What can be wrong?

Few things to check would be:

Can you please check the job of this load and see if it shows any error message?

The file is not open when you are loading from desktop. Save and close the file before running infopackage.

Shift all the records below the row#3000 in your CSV, just to check if the issue is with data or the file.

Please share the result.

I'm reducing the datasheet to 3005 lines and 5 records are successfully loaded. If I have 2,000 (less than 3,000) records totally then nothing is loaded.

Hi,

Check the filter of the info package. Can you attach all settings of the info package?
