Shopping cart web screen is not going to next screen

Hi

I got a problem. I am using SRM 5.0. While creating the shopping cart First I click on SHOP, then I am going to the first screen, there may be we can describe requirements or giving a internal product from the SRM product base, when I give product and qty in the first screen or do the describe screen, then if I click on ADD TO SHOPPING cart, the web page shwoing an error saying "error in shopping cart. can not be processed further". But when I click on this error, it takes me to the SHOP screen means the initial screen after LOGON.

Any help on this

Any new SAP OSS notes applied recently. Please give the list details, if any.

<b>Please ensure that configuration settings for the particular product category which you are using in "Describe Requirment" activity are correctly ok.</b>

Also ensure what all list of customer BADI Implementations created in SE19 Transaction are presently Active in the system.

Any logs noticed in ST22, SLG1, or RZ20 Transactions.

Hi Srinivas,

This could be related to the web template not being activated.

In the sapgui, go to transaction ST22 and see if there any errors related to the actual web template.

It should then give you instructions on what to do.
