Materail master data does not get reflected

Hi SAP specialist's,

The material master data does not get reflected from R3 to CRM.

Checked in SMQ2 and found material master queues are blocked.Any solution for the above mentioned problem would be appropriately awarded ?

Hi,

It is difficult to understand what do you mean by 'blocked'? Is there an error in one of the queue entries?

If yes, please open Bdoc monitor in trx. SMW01 and look for

PRODUCT_MAT

Bdoc and see what errors you get. If you still are not able to make out the problem, then you need to debug the CRM inbound by re-processing the error Bdoc.

If you queue is stopped for some reason, please go to trx, SMQR and register the queue once again by selecting

R3AD_MATERIAL*

inbound queue and then clicking on 'Registration' button.

When i tried to register and activate the queue thru Trn : SMQR it still says inactive.

Any idea what needs to be done for this.

When we checked the queue for Material master is says SYS FAILED.Any idea?
