unable to model through pme

hi all,

i have install pme client, and i have connect the pme and my crm 5.0. but when i open the model ... and i choose one of the model..and click ok, i cant see any model view, then when i want to create a new model..the product type and category dont show up anything ( i mean no list drag and drop of my existing category recorded there )

is it something i do wrong ? i have read all the pme documentation, but not one of the documentation explain to me how to configure using pme...just explain how get there..

anyone..please help me.
