Account determination.

Dear All,

While doing the Billing for free samples the system is showing " Billing document is genarated". But in the document flow we are unable to see the " Accounting document number".

Gurus plz give solution.

check for net value by going vf02 then go to accounting view tab- here you will get account no

BELNR field is ur accounting document no.

Hi,

In the goto Billing document and goto menu Environment and click on Acc. Determination Analysis and revenue accounts. Here you can check whether the accounting key has found any GL Account if it is not found then it won't generate any accounting document.

Resolution pls maintain the accounting key for the condition types.

hi sreekant,

We checked the account determination analysis in the environment field. Here we find only The Det. procedure KOFI00. If we click on the procedure it showing nothing.

But for free samples the net value is showing as price rs 0.00 ( in billing conditions). Is it the reason?

Hi Vas,

You are right as the Net value is zero it won't create any accounting document.
