update statement

Hi i have entered into one transcation (pa30)

i have some user exit writen there where i am doing some validation.

but i cant see this value at the same time. i have to come out of the transcation and only i can see that value.

Here i want to see at the first time.

Please any one give me syntax form immediate upadata of database.
