Error SLD Check

Hey,

Getting the following error in SLD check. It was working smooth before

Testing the RFC connection to the SLD java client

RFC ping returned exception with message max no of 100 conversation exceeded / CPIC-CALL:'ThSAPCMRCV'#No memory available ?

summary connection to SLD doesn't work

Can't even start the IB.....

How to resolve it >?
