Dear all,
we plan a huge change in our central Suite On Hana System like controlling area merge and new GL. For comparison purposes we want to do a system copy of the productive SAP system to a "backup" system, where the users can access their old data before transformation.
However such a "backup" system on HANA is expansive. Is it possible to migrate back to a SAP ASE database?
Best regards,
Daniel Kotte
What about the cluster tables? These are transparent tables in SAP HANA now. Will they be converted back to cluster tables?

Yes, you can always do heterogeneous system copy through export / import.
