run time error at survey suite

hi all..

ive got the problem if want to open survey suite at the marketing folder. i was try to search similar note but no one can match for my problem. in the description of exception, termination with a short dump was trigered on purpose by the keyword MESSAGE (type X). please help me, thanks for u'r attention before..

if you are using CRM 5.0 please check in Transaction SM52 that the VMC is running.
