Why Functional Location Table ILOA and IFLOT gives different counts?

Dear Experts

When I use the table IFLOT, it shows 1000 entries but when I use ILOA, it shows 2050 entries? Why they show different counts?

The ILOA table (Location/Account Assignment data) is used in multiple places:

• Functional Locations (IFLOT-ILOAN)
• Equipment (EQUZ-ILAON)
• Orders (AFIH-ILOAN)
• Notifications (QMIH-ILOAN)
• Maintenance Items (MPOS-ILOAN)

So this is why you are seeing more records in ILOA than IFLOT.

Hi Shiv,

Table IFLOT is kind of linking table which has the Loc/AccAssmt and Object Number has your primary field.

Table ILOA is the table provide details about the data orgin based

So both the tables are for different purpose. Let me know what you are trying to achieve.
