Hello,
Have you tried first solution from KBA to merge cells in one row?
I checked today and if you merge other rows cells and then resize them, you can create table from example above.

Yes, I also use this method about inserting table to split the cell. But it will show the table icon and I don't want to show the table icon(Pic2). I think it should have another way to split the cell. Because I see one template which has no table icon. It should design by another way. But I don't know how to do it. Do you have any ideas?
