From Dev into Quality

Hello all,

Can some one guide me how to move data from development into quality n production..

Hi Neha,

After Creating the Requist,

Go for Transaction code SE10 to release the Requist.

T-code - SE10

select your user name

select requist and Release Directly(F9)

check that right tick is there in front of Requist No means requist is released.

Go for t-Code STMS to import the Requist.

you can Import requist from source client ( Development)or by logimg in target client at Production or Quality server.

T-code :-STMS

Go for Import Overview(Truck)

Double click by select Queue->UBP (TMS Clients)

Select requist No. and Import requist ( Ctlr F11)

Refresh F5

Check status Yelow light means Requist gets Imported.

even you can use T-code: STMS(Transport Management system)

To move config changes from Dev to Quality, go to SE09 and click on tab "Release" ( Truck Symbol). and then give the request number to your basis guy. he will transport it from Dev to Quality.

TO see the status wether your requset is transported or not goto SE01 and check the status.

Hi

Using Transport management system, you transport requests from Dev to other servers.To see the TMS, transaction ocde: STMS.

any configuration changes and program changes can be move from dev to quality through transport organizer T code SE09 and SE10
