Hello,

we use netweaver2004s, sp12 abap, browser firefox 2.0 and have developed interactive forms for offline-scenario.

If we want to use interactive forms in online-scenario - do we need Zero Client Installation(ZCI)?

For what exactly do I need Zero Client Installation(ZCI)?

Best regards

Hello Oliver,

ZCI is a JAVAScript technick how the Webdynpro application and the Adobe Reader can communicate with each other.

Firefox browser suppor only this technic, so if you use an interactive form in a Webdynpro app. you will need to use a ZCI based form.

Once only xACF existed, but it was only usable in Internet Explorer.

Best regards,

Dezso
