If I have a process chain which starts by extracting from R3 source to DSO and than loads to 4 cube targets. Can I control the sequence in which the cubes are loaded and can I see how much is spent loading to each cube? Thanks
Hi
You can create process chain
First step would be the load to psa using infopackage.
And the next would be the your DTP you can select the DTP as per the sequence you want to load them.
And you can check the time taken to load the each cube by right clicking on the process type and clicking on the monitor it will have the start time and time for the each DTP.
hope this helps

HI
As per your question you meant you wanted to load the data from your dso to 4 cubes
so your chain would be
1,load to dso
2, the cube you want to load first
3, 2nd cube
4,3rd cube
5, 4th cube
You will be able to do this either by DTP S or using info packages its the same way you do it.
Hope this helps

HI
transfer structures + Update Rules these wont come into picture when you are using process chain.
you should be using the infopackages or DTP.
each of your four cubes must be having a info package right.
so after loading the data into DSO , you should use the info packges to load the data.
One infopackage after the other process chain.
so that when the data has been loaded to first using first infopackage it will go for the second info package and so on
Hope this helps

Hello Niten of course you can do that, go that particular process chain and see the colors on the steps or click any step and monitor what happened.
