Can we transport a smartform between IDES and DEV

Hi experts ,

as we got a problem in Dev syst , i had developed a samrtform in IDES. Can any one tell me tht ...Is there any way to transport a smartform from IDES TO DEV system or should i develop from scratch in DEV.
