version 0 is not defined for fiscal year 2007

Hi i am when iam trying to create a sales order, and when iam saving the sales order iam getting the error message saying"version 0 is not defined for fiscal year 2007,,

pls help me out,,points will be rewarded...

Hi Krishna Kumar,

Please Follow these steps inorder to solve that issue..

Go To T-Code OKEV and enter Your Controlling Area then get inside the screen..

<b>First infront of Version '1' in the last coloumn reference version enter the value as '0'.</b>

Now you can select Version "0" then Click on the left hand side "Setting for the fiscal year and here you select any year and copy and enter the required fiscal year that is 2007 then save it..

This will solve your problem.

It is recommended that you get this problem fixed by an FI consultant, as these are important settings & infew cases, we cannot revert back, if the configuration is done.

Hi

Through the tcode u will get the problem of the activation indicator

then try to follow through the navigation

Img-controlinggeneral controlingorganisations--and maintain versions

then click on the version 0 and enter the fiscal year as 2007 and maintain all the fields then u can raise the order then it willl not ask for the error

hi

goto OKEV and enter your controlling area and then in the general version definition screen select version 0 and double click on settings for each fiscal year

which is on the left side .

but after doing so, the another error message comes,

"The Activation of indicator is not permitted." and the version "1" line is highlighted.
