What is Real Postings & Statistical Postings

Can anybody help me regarding Real postings and Statistical posting.

As I Know,if we are using morethan one cost objects one should be real and remaining statistical. But if i m using real Internal order and one cost center, one sale order or WBS or Business Process, which is real and which is statistical.
