SAP CAL instance not activating, neither terminating

I am stuck in a loop where i am trying to terminate an instance but the CAL keeps on trying to activate rather than terminating, as a result it is billing my MS Azure account but without actually me using it.

As this is a trial account i cannot raise a support ticket with SAP. Someone please help me solve it.

Hi Vineet,

First of all you can manage the VMs created by SAP CAL via the Azure Portal too.

Could you send the name of your instance to let me trigger an investigation?
