Installation error in SAP BI 3.1 - MOS-01012

hi gurus,

i m installing SAP BI 3.1 , I have completed central instance, during Database instance installation @ updating database statistics it thrown a following error:

<b>usr/sap/c11/.../run>brconnect -c -f crsyn -0 sapc11 returned with -1073741819 which is not a defined success code.</b>

Also I ran Brconnect exe file in command prompt, it asks some oracle 9i version dl files, then i copied those dll files to Oracle home bin folder after that it shows BRTOOLS 620 (23) in command prompt.

My Software configs:

SAP 4.7ee

BI 3.1

Oracle 8i

BRTools version 620 (23)

SAP GUI 640

please help me.
