Not able to start J2ee Engine

Hi,

Recently upgrade from NW04 to NW04s.As a post work started deploying few SP.During deploying it tried to restart the J2ee Engine and now its not coming up.

This is the error details:

. Reason is: Core service security failed. J2EE Engine cannot be started.

Can anybody have any idea on this ?
