Personnel Actions

Our client have a group of employee who have contract of 89 days and his contract will renew on 1st of next month.

For Example employee 122 hired on 1st of may n his contract ends on 28th of july and his contract will renew on 1st of august.

question is either we have to end his contract on 28th of july and run final settlement and rehire these employees on 1st of august or just run renewal of contract and specify dates of end of contract in infotype 41 for reporting purpose.

    please check these factors and proceed according to your client setup

    1.The employee categorized as contract and permanent etc,

    2. Personnel number differentiation for before contract and after contract

    3. Other infotype maintenance for before contract and after contract

    it would be better to terminate and rehire/follow up by executing personnel action as "Rehire after contract" etc.
