In LL01-warehouse activity monitor can we create a variant or do we have any other standard transaction which shows all the open TO's which are more than 2 days old.
Whe you set up the warehouse activity mon itoe for open TO;s why not set the time to 48 Hours or 2 days and then they will not appear in the monitor until they are 2 days old. This can be different per movement type.
How do we do that........because when i check activity monitor it can only set up on the basis of movement type, storage type etc but not on time.....can you please explain it further as how to do that.
In the customising for WM in planning and monitoring > Warehouse activity monitor > define critical parameters
Against each movement type (add more if required) you have the following settings.
Warehouse
Movement type
Source - This is for which st type the stock is coming from
Destination - This is for which st type the stock is going to
Critical duration and Time unit.
This is where you say when you want to see it in the monitor.
For example if you set this to 48 hours for movement 101 that is coming from 902 and going to 001when you create the TO to put the stock away from a PO the TO will have a creation date and time and if this is not confirmed then 48 hours after the creation it will appear on the monitor.
I hope that tjis explains better and you can set different time periods for the same movement type as long as the destination or source is different that the others.
