testing Config in ID but no Interface mapping found!

Hi,

I am testing configurations I have done in ID and it went all successfully but with one error stating <b>"Interface mapping not found , Runtime error

Unable to read payload from the message object"</b>

after going through some links in SDN ....

I did check the Interface mapping is active and the exact one used in the config.

and did all the chache refreshes in SXI_CACHE and Administration in te main menu of XI start page ,bbut no use.

in SM59 I checked INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI connection and I got

"Http : 500

Status Tex: Internal Server Error",

i understood from sdn links and readyness check check guide this is not a problem.

so what might be the cause?

Babu,

Can you run your actual scenario and see it is successful or not. If you have any errors in communication channels or sxmb_moni post back here.

infact we have some problems with our Sender SAP (Idoc to file) to run the whole scenario,basis is fixing that.mean while I want to make sure my XI part is ready.

so what might be the problem?

cos,thats how communication happens between IR and Id right?if there is any error in INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI connection,I think it might be an issue,but readiness check guide says ok ,in the guide it has not been mentioned that "internal server error is OK""

any comments?

Yes babu you are right. Thats the reason why I have suggested you to test your scenario. Once when your basis guys fix the issue then give a shot by testing the whole scenari.

do you think its mandatory to give payload to test the configurations in ID?

I am not giving any payload.

it shouldn't fail even though I didn't give payload,right?

thank you,I have gone through that link already.

while testing my configurations in ID I am getting no interface determination found.

I havent given any payload in that test.

but still it shouldnt give no interface mapping found as I have active interface mapping in IR.right?

blog says "You can also paste a sample payload document into the Payload area; if you do not specify the payload, any mapping programs will not be tested.

"

but it doent not say like test would fail if we dont provide payload.

I tested whole scenario as you said its working fine ,I could able to get the outile too.but still it says no interface mapping found in ID while doing the configuration testing....:) ..:)
