Before you embark on creating PCRs and modifying your Time Evaluation Schema, you should understand the current processing of your Time Data.

In the example you posted, if there is Overtime on Monday 03.07.2017, expand the sub-schema "Detemine Overtime" and then double-clic on every Function to see what it reads and what it does. Use t-code pe04 to access the documentation on these Functions.

You should also look at the processing in the "Determine planned working times" section to see if there is information there that is no longer available in the "Determine Overtime" section. Try to find out if any standart Time Types are created with the hours that are above the planned working times.

Take some time to read on Time Management configuration, either on help.sap.com, on the SCN's Time Management Wiki page (https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/ERPHCM/HCM+Time+Management) or elsewhere on the web.

Hi Remi ,

Actually Timetype 0310 generating for overtime as employee working hours was 07:00 Pm till 3:00 AM the hours beyond that time generating as overtime but now i want to know how to move that time type data to wagetype so it can be calculated automatically.

Helle Tasmeen,

We don't use TimeIn-TimeOut, and it's been a very long time since I had my training on Time Evaluation, so I would prefer if someone else would point you in the right direction.

If I look at the employees's Table TIP at the Output to Function GOT with pcr TO20 and Par2 = 01, I can see that Time Type 0310 was generated twice, once at the beginning (most probably before the Planned Work Schedule) and once at the end. Is it the same at the Output to Function GOT with pcr TO20 and Par2 = 02 ?

In that same Time Evaluation Log, open the next segment (Select time wage types) and see if you can find Functions GWT, PTIP or RTIP, or some other Function that will process/read Table TIP, and double-click on it to see what processing happens with each of the Time Types. What happens when VTYPE = M ?

What is the employee's Daily Work Schedule?

Do you enter Attendances with TimeIn/TimeOut or just the number of Hours?

Have you tried to execute Time Evaluation with the "Display log" box checked, for one employee with 12 hours of Attendances, with the Attendance Date entered in the "Forced recalculation as of" and "Evaluation up to" fields, and drill down into that log to see the current processing (to find out where and how the extra hours are processed) ?
