I am working on CRM 5.0. I customized the Sales Rep Role. When I go to Account Management and then Accounts and then in Overview click on the descriptions on one of the accounts in My Favourites it does take me to Account Summary but for some reason the top level navigation goes to Home instead of Account Management. The bottom level in top level navigation shows the rest of Account Management Tabs.
Any help appreciated.
