Not able to access webi reports from /BOE/BI (BOBJ 4.2 SP4)

Hi,

We have installed BOBJ system on RHEL and there are 3 servers. We have defined repository server as mount point and maintained the path in inputfilerepository and outputfilerepository in all the 3 servers. Then reports are moved from Dev to QA and than prod system.

But, when we try to open these reports, it is giving error:

The document cannot be retrieved from the File Repository Server (WIS 30951).

Repository servers permission in fstab is rw.

Also, when we changed the directory to default and tried. But, also got the same error.

I followed below snotes but no luck:

1615899 - The document can't be retrieved from the File Repository Server. (Error: WIS 30951)

1592802 - Error: "The document can't be retrieved from the File Repository Server. Please contact your BusinessObjects administrator.(Error: WIS 30951)(Error: INF)", when viewing and refreshing a Webi report in BOE XI 3.1.

1286047 - The document can't be retrieved from the File Repository Server WIS 30951

Please suggest.

Hi Denis,

No, we are not able to open default sample reports.

Yes, We are sharing a single location.

We used CTS+ for moving the reports.

Also the Repository server, which is mounted on all the servers has fstab enry is "RW".

What version of RHEL , exactly?

Are you able to open default sample reports ?
I hope file repository servers do not share single location.
How are reports moved from Dev to QA to Prod ?

Basically more details on how all 3 environments are setup needed. Looks like there is a problem with the way FRS is setup.
