Upgrade CR 2011 to CR 2016

As a result of upgrading from CR 2011 to CR 2016 a report that queries a number of Salesforce tables no longer work. I have recreated the report again in CR 2016, but still not working. The issue seems to be as a result of a left outer join as I can return records from each table.

Changes to the Salesforce Client is causing this, check their WEB site for more info
