I am working on a POc in QGM and has got couple of questions
1. where is the mapping on SMQC and SMQU done for the QGM scenario. I could not see any action profile for the transaction types, i wanted to send a notification for a approval, and if i had to have actions defined i would like to understand the mapping of the transaction type
2. can we do a mass approvals for urgent change (SMQU ) similar to urgent changes in (SMHF) ? is there any way we can achieve this.
please guide.
