Approval Stages

Hi all,

I would like to see the history of "Approval Stages-Setup", means if there is any change done by any user I would like to see it in a report i.e. Old Value and New Value.

I have tried to find out in which table the history is moved, but I could not. Can any one help me to locate these history tables and writing in a query.

Hi,

If I've understood your question correctly, you want to be able to trace whether a user has edited the approval stages. Is that correct?

I'm afraid there isn't a history table for approvals. If you run SQL Profiler while updating or creating an approval stage then you will see that only the OWTS and WTS1 tables are updated (ie no AWTS table).

If you want to control access to editing approval stages then I think you'll have to use authorisations to grant or deny access to the screens.
