hai

i need to restrict the data retreival by date

my scenario is

i am retreiving data for 2006it

it is giving me report balances to the current day

rather than the date i am giving

like i am drawing the report till march 2007

there were deductions after march also

the system even though the end date is given as 31.03.2007

it is still taking the deductions after march also.

how do i restrict up to march only

Did you use the Key Date for Deduction field on the Sel Scr?

hai

yes i did use the keydate for deduction

the deuction was in april

it showing the deuction correct (upto march the date i have given)

but in remaining entitlement it is taking all the deuction eventhough they are after march and then showing.

Hai..

Hey u need to modify the standard report ...( we already did for a PA where sys has to get all active employess, but it is getting inactive who are active before the system current date)

u have to modify in the following manner..

if Begda LE sys datum..

If Endda GE sys datum...

pls try out with the technical guy.. in modifying the report...

those are only for Absences not absences quotas

in the same node THE report is available in time accounts
